Amy Mahjoory is a Real Estate Investor & Educator, HGTV Personality, Best-Selling Author and Keynote Speaker. Amy’s life didn’t start in real estate. After 14 years in Corporate America, Amy had her fill working for other people. Although Amy was a highly recognized global leader in Procurement, Logistics and Operations Management for Dell Computers, she decided that a traditional education combined with the false security of a 9-5 was not producing the results she wanted. Real estate was the game changer.

Amy has been investing in real estate over the last 10 years and during that time, she’s raised Millions of dollars in private money for hundreds of real estate transactions all over the country. As a result of her immediate success, Amy went on to resign from her Corporate job to pursue her passion in real estate. Sean's experience in residential and commercial real estate helped build himself out of having a job and owning the most important commodity, time. Sean has invested in and is a part owner in over $500 Million dollars worth of commercial real estate. "It started with education, a flip in the way I looked at things, a flip of a house and then eventually flipping buildings." 

Sean is also a Sales & Negotiation trainer for real estate investors all over the world. Sean's true passion is giving back in many different ways. Sean, along with his wife Amy Mahjoory, started a Non Profit called Sammie's Care. Sammie's Care was created to financially provide for families with medical, funeral or therapy expenses after a miscarriage or stillbirth. 

Sean is a former collegiate football player and NFL free agent signee who lives in Austin, TX with his wife, who is also a real estate investor, and their daughter. 

Rob "robuilt" Abasolo

Rob Abasolo has been a real estate investor in the short-term rental space for the last five years. He left his full-time job in advertising to pursue a career in real estate and content creation. In January 2020, he started the Robuilt YouTube channel—where he showcases his tiny places and unique spaces to an audience of over 240,000 subscribers. Rob is also the host of Bigger Pockets—the largest real estate podcast in the world. As of today, Rob owns 36 short-term rentals with plans to double his rental portfolio within the next year.

Veena Jetti (VEE-nuh JEH-tee) is the founding partner of Vive (rhymes with "five") Funds, a unique commercial real estate firm that specializes in curating conservative opportunities for investors. Veena brings a dynamic perspective to targeting, acquiring, managing, and operating assets using best practices combined with cutting edge technologies. Her professional expertise includes driving corporate strategy and business development opportunities.

After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Finance at 20 years old, she pursued her passion for real estate. Veena has over a decade of real estate experience and over $1B+ in real estate assets over her career in both the startup world as well as the corporate world. Because of her diverse background, she is often a panelist and speaker for various podcasts, global conferences, and radio shows.

Aside from professional endeavors, Veena is a passionate philanthropist. She has founded and served on the board for a national non-profit organization. In 2017, she was one of only three women to receive the Politico Woman of the Year award for the significant amount of time and focus she spent on aiding in a grassroots Hurricane Harvey disaster response. She continues to be involved in helping companies and charitable organizations develop better disaster recovery protocols for future emergencies. zasha Smith

Real Estate Investor & Educator

Zasha Smith was a licensed civil engineer on Maui in Hawaii who worked for 10 years at a private firm on grading/underground utility construction plans for hotels, shopping centers and subdivisions of $100 Million+. She’s now a full-time Real Estate Investor who built her $5 Million Residential portfolio of single family, multi family and short term rentals in Hawaii. Zasha also implemented a remote rehabbing system renovating distressed properties all over the US. This process alone has netted her multiple 7 figures. 

Most of Zasha’s rentals include Section 8/HUD tenants and she sells most of her flips to first time home buyers to help those in need as she grew up in low-income housing with a single mom and put herself through college while having her first child. Zasha expanded into large commercial investments in January 2022 as a General Partner of for almost $100 Million in assets in Texas and Florida. 

Her latest acquisitions include a 13 acre 48 pad site RV park in Branson, MO and a 15 unit office building in Kansas City, MO where she holds majority ownership. Zasha is also in the process of launching a fund to help diversify her private money lender's capital into several real estate asset classes. 

Zasha’s mission is to help build wealth while making an impact. She's also established herself as a real estate influencer across several social media platforms. Amanda Fornelli

Boutique Hotels

Amanda Fornelli was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and has a background in engineering with an MBA. In late 2019, she left Corporate America to start a real estate investment company, Nopali Properties, alongside her husband David and brother Oscar. Her company quickly established its presence in the High Desert of California within the fix and flip and hospitality space over the last three years. Part of their success story is attributed to Amanda's ability to develop great relationships and raise over $3.5 Million in private money which allowed the team to pursue unlimited deals. Most recently, Amanda and her team have used their experience in hospitality and fundraising to pivot into boutique hotel investing. David Fornelli

Flipper & Short Term Rentals

David J. Fornelli is a Los Angeles Native who is now based out of Joshua Tree, CA. Prior to working in real estate, David worked as an Archaeologist for 6 years after earning a Master’s Degree in Anthropology. He is one of the co-founders of Nopali Properties along with his wife, Amanda, and brother-in-law Oscar Bustos, and is now the head of Marketing, Lead Generation, and Short Term Rental (STR) Operations. Nopali Properties is a small family team of Desert Renovation Specialists who redevelop homes, complete STR and hotel build outs, and have a well manicured portfolio of their own successful STRs. Nic McGrue is the founding attorney at Polymath Legal PC where he handles transactional matters in the areas of syndication, real estate, business, and entertainment. Nic
received his bachelor’s degree in American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington.

He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. At Pepperdine, Nic was a journal editor, a student government officer, and a moot court board officer. He focused his studies on business, entrepreneurship, and real estate. Nic also holds an L.L.M. in Taxation & Financial Services with a certificate in U.S. Tax. 

Nic is admitted to practice law in California and Washington State, and he holds a California Real Estate Broker's License. At Polymath Legal, Nic assists developers, syndicators, investors, and entrepreneurs in areas ranging from syndication, business formation, real estate and business transactions, and contracts. In aggregate, Nic has created syndications allowing his clients to raise capital to acquire more than $1 Billion dollars in assets.

In addition to working on various entrepreneurial ventures and running his law practice, Nic is a tenured Professor of Business Law and teaches business and real estate classes for undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and law school students. JOHN DESSAUER

John Dessauer built a massive real estate investing business. He has purchased foreclosures, short sales and single family houses, by the dozens. He's completed fix and flips and purchased properties directly from banks and other financial institutions. John has purchased multi-family units by the hundreds, acquired office buildings, retail centers, designed and created a successful restaurant and has completed several design and construction projects in the residential market.

John has negotiated with some of the wealthiest individuals on the planet. He had a line of credit approved over the phone for $1,700,000 in 45 minutes and started to use the money the next day! John started and later sold a company that created $15,000,000 in gross revenue within the first 18 months from scratch! Most of that coming in a $12,000,000 dollar deal that he closed that year with a fortune 500 company when he was working by himself in boxer shorts above his garage. 

In addition to running The Dessauer Group, John and Heather Dessauer are serial investors of their own and have investments including apartments, single-family homes, office buildings and raw land. The firm, Anton Agency/Anton Asset Management, operates in Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina and Florida.
